Roasted tomatoes
Black beans
Poblano pepper On a bed of greens
Cilantro Garlic Salsa
Topped with avocado and fresh lime
Ingredients: Kale, mixed greens, radishes, cucumber, avocado, cilantro, tomatoes, lemon & tuna or chicken.
Slice & chop all the veggies and arrange on a plate. Blend the avocado & lemon to make a healthier dressing option and drizzle across salad. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and little more lemon. Serve with grilled tuna or chicken breast for the perfect meal.
